We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from gillsailingshop.com. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item:
- Visit gillsailingshop.com and log in to your account
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate your returns label
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Footwear must be tried on clean, dry surfaces only
- Swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals intact
- Made to order items cannot be returned
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately through the help center at gillsailingshop.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
International Returns:
Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
